Alexis Seijas

As a member of Lot 5 Creative, I had the opportunity to show some of my work. Our exhibitions all took place in Poughkeepsie, including a one at the Cunneen-Hackett Arts Center.

 

The work I was able to show included a series of movie posters I had redesigned for a more minimalistic look that the original posters, and added quotes to. When I set out to redesign these posters, I wanted them to be vector-based without being too simple, as well as provide a strong representation of the movies they were based on and to make sense to those viewing them. I would later design more posters, and am continuing with this project.
